What is on offer here

Two things, and no more: published information, and an introduction. Perth Turf Quotes holds no builder's or landscaper's registration, carries no stock, and lays no turf. It is not a marketplace and it is not a comparison panel. A submitted enquiry reaches one vetted installer covering your suburb, who deals with you directly from that point on. Using the site and lodging an enquiry costs you nothing and creates no obligation to accept a quote or to proceed with any work.

The roster, the verge positions and everything else we publish

Water rules, council verge positions, soil descriptions and product information on this site are published for general information, dated and attributed to the document they came from. They are not advice, professional or otherwise, and they are no substitute for checking with the body that made the rule. Regulations and council policies change, sometimes without much warning, so confirm anything you are about to act on with the responsible authority first.

Price ranges are estimates

Every figure on this site, including whatever the calculator returns, is an indicative planning range compiled from published Australian supplier and industry data current at the date shown. It is not an offer, not a quotation, and not capable of being accepted as either. Ground conditions, access, drainage and preparation move the real number, and only an installer standing in the yard can produce one. A quote that sits outside our range is a reason to ask what is driving it, not proof of anything by itself.

The installer is a separate business

Installers reached through this site trade on their own account. They are not employees, agents, partners or subcontractors of Kerbside Websites. The agreement for the work is made between you and that installer, and we are not a party to it. Reasonable steps are taken to refer installers who operate properly and hold appropriate insurance, which is a screening effort rather than a warranty of workmanship, conduct, timing or price. A dispute about the job is a matter between you and the installer.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, neither Perth Turf Quotes nor Kerbside Websites accepts liability for loss or damage arising from use of this site, from reliance on anything published on it, or from dealings with a referred installer. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such a guarantee applies and the law permits us to limit our liability, it is limited to the extent the law allows and no further.

Content ownership

Text, layout, data compilations and the cost calculator belong to Kerbside Websites unless another owner is credited. Government and council material quoted here remains the property of its publisher and is attributed where it appears. Reproducing our material requires permission.

Revision

These terms may be amended. The date above marks the current version, and continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, where Kerbside Websites is based and from which it contracts. That choice does not displace any consumer protection available to you under Australian law in the state or territory where you live.
