The summary, before the detail

Four fields go into the quote form. They travel to one installer working in your part of Perth, so that person can ring you and arrange a measure. Nothing is sold, nothing is broadcast across a panel of contractors, and nothing is kept for a purpose you did not intend when you pressed send. Everything below is that same statement with the qualifications attached.

Accountable entity

perthsyntheticturf.pages.dev publishes under the name Perth Turf Quotes. The operator is Kerbside Websites (ABN 78 654 691 111), and that company carries accountability for personal information handled here, including anything handled on its behalf by a supplier.

The four fields, and no fifth

The form asks your name, a contact number, the suburb the work is in, and a short description of the job. Payment details are not requested at any stage and could not be accepted if they were offered. Sensitive information, as the Privacy Act defines that term, is neither sought nor wanted, so please keep it out of the job description box: whatever is typed there is forwarded to the installer as written.

Where a submission actually travels

Two destinations, in this order. Web3Forms, an external form-handling service, receives the submission and relays it to us by email. We then pass it to the single vetted installer whose service area covers your suburb, and that installer contacts you about the quote. There is no third destination. This site does not operate a panel, does not resell enquiries, and discloses personal information to anyone else only where a law compels it.

Purpose limits

An enquiry is used to arrange your quote. It is not repurposed for unrelated marketing and it is not added to a mailing list, unless you have separately and clearly agreed to that.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is published on Cloudflare Pages, and as with any hosted site the platform records ordinary server-side request logs. Privacy-respecting analytics separately record aggregate figures such as page views and an approximate region inferred from an IP address. Both are read as totals, to work out which pages deserve to stay. Neither is used to assemble a profile of an individual reader.

Cookies

Only what basic site function requires, plus the analytics described above. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, and no sale of anything to advertising networks.

What the published material is, and is not

Separate from anything you send us: the sprinkler roster table, the council verge positions and the price ranges on this site are published for information, dated and attributed to the document they came from. They are not personal advice, and reading them creates no record against you. The two things get confused often enough to be worth separating here. Browsing this site is anonymous; only the quote form involves us in your personal information at all.

Retention and security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are held with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, on the understanding that no system is beyond compromise and that claiming otherwise would be dishonest. An enquiry is kept for as long as it is useful to the quote it relates to, plus a short period for our own records, and is then removed.

Access, correction, deletion

Under the APPs you may ask what is held about you, ask for an error to be corrected, or ask for your details to be erased. Send the request through the quote form and describe what you want done. We will act within a reasonable period and confirm the outcome, and if we cannot do what you ask we will explain why.

Kerbside Websites and McKays Grass Seeds

Kerbside Websites shares ownership interests with McKays Grass Seeds, an Australian lawn care business cited in some articles here. The two keep separate customer records. Lodging a turf enquiry on this site does not put you on any McKays list.

Revisions, and how to raise a concern

The date at the head of this page marks the current version, and continuing to use the site after a revision indicates acceptance of it. Privacy questions, access requests and complaints go to Kerbside Websites (ABN 78 654 691 111) through the quote form, which is the only contact channel this site operates.
